Buffalo Asian Wings

3 lb. chicken wings, tips removed
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. Tabasco
1/2 c. Hoi Sin sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 green onions, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. chopped fresh ginger root

Cut chicken wings in half and place in large plastic bag.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to bag, mix together.
Press out air from bag and tie tightly.
Marinate 1 hour at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
About 1 hour before serving, preheat oven to 350F.
Brush a 9 x 13-inch pan with oil and arrange wings in pan. Pour marinade over.
Bake at at 350F for 20 minutes.
Turn wings over, baste with pan drippings and bake 20 minutes longer or until tender
