Banana Date Nut Bread

1 instant decaf Coffee
1/2 cup milk
3 cups Quick Bread Mix
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup mashed ripe banana
1 cup snipped pitted dates
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1.HEAT oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with no-stick cooking spray. Dissolve coffee crystals in milk; set aside.

2.COMBINE quick bread mix, brown sugar and flour in large bowl. Combine egg, banana and coffee mixture in small bowl. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Stir in dates and nuts.

3.BAKE 55 to 60 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan. Cool completely.
