Blu - Cheese Slaw

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 medium head green cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely-chopped fresh parsley
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:
1.WHISK mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, oil, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir in cabbage, carrot, onion and parsley; mix thoroughly. Stir in blue cheese and black pepper to taste.
2.COVER and chill until ready to serve.
