4 ounces blue cheese
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Light Olive Oil
OR 1/4 cup Pure Canola Oil
NS:1.CRUMBLE blue cheese in medium bowl. Blend in cream cheese. Stir in mayonnaise, garlic and pepper. Mix well. Slowly add oil until smooth.
