Brown Sugar Cookies

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp soda
2 tsp. baking powder
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and add alternating with the milk. Bake at 350 on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Frosting

3 T. brown sugar
3 T. soft oleo (or butter)
3 T. cream or evaporated milk
vanilla
Melt together, cool. Add powdered sugar to desired consistency.
