2 eggs, beat lightly
1 can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger (can omit)
1/4 tsp cloves
1 can evaporated milk
Mix it all up.
Put into a piecrust. Bake 15 minutes at 425. 40 to 50 mins at 350.
