Sweet Celebration WonTon

1/2 cup Natural Raisins
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup honey
2 dozen wonton wrappers
vegetable oil for frying
powdered sugar
COMBINE raisins, peanuts, coconut and cinnamon. Stir in honey to mix well.
PLACE about 1 tablespoon raisin mixture in center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water; fold in half diagonally over filling to form a triangle. Press firmly to seal edges, easing out any air pockets.
DEEP FRY in 350 F oil, a few at a time, until golden and crisp on both sides, about 1 to 2 minutes.
COOL on paper toweling. Dust lightly with powdered sugar.
