1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup raw rice
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 10-ounce jar peach preserves
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon brown mustard
1/2 cup California Apricots, chopped
1/2 cup Goldens and Cherries
2 tablespoons water

PREHEAT oven to 400 F.
MIX together ground beef, rice, seasoned salt and pepper with your hands in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
ROLL into small walnut-sized balls, about 24 balls, and place in even rows on a cookie sheet.
BAKE for 25 minutes.
HEAT peach preserves, ketchup, mustard, apricot pieces and Goldens and Cherries in a large nonstick skillet, stirring until thoroughly blended.
REMOVE meatballs from oven and carefully place in skillet with hot sauce and water. Stir carefully to coat meatballs.
SIMMER to heat through, covered, for 10 minutes.
