Tuscan Wrap

1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon salsa
1/4 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
2 slices tomato
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1/4 cup spinach leaves
1/4 cup shredded carrots
One 10 inch chili-tomato flour tortilla

Mix together the sour cream and salsa and spread on the tortilla and then layer the remaining ingredients on the tortilla
Fold in both sides and roll up tightly
Cut into two halves and serve.
