Mexi~corn Bread

3 boxes Corn Muffin Mix
1 13 1/2 ounce can creamed corn
1 small can Mexi~corn (with colored peppers)
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups taco flavored shredded cheese
1 jalapeno pepper (remove seeds and ribs)
1/2 tsp chili powder

Mix all the ingredients together with a wooden spoon until just moistened. Spread in a 9x13 pan that has been coated with cooking spray or oiled. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Test by inserting a toothpick.
