Moist Lemon Cake (crockpot dessert)

3/4 c white chocolate chips
1 c water
2 c sour cream
1/2 c almonds, sliced
3/4 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
18 1/4 oz lemon cake mix
3 oz instant lemon pudding mix



Spray a 4 quart crock pot with non-stick cooking spray & set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix & pudding mix.
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the water, then add the sour cream & oil & beat until smooth.
Add to the dry ingredients & beat well.
Stir in the white chocolate chips & almonds.
Pour into crock pot.
Cover up slow cooker cook on low for 6-8 hrs, until top springs back when touched very lightly with finger.
