Magic MONKEY Bananas

2 bananas
4 ounces of chocolate (Carob chips work great)
2 tablespoons of multicolored sprinkles
4 popsicle sticks
1 sheet of wax paper (Parchment is perfect)

Melt the carob in a bowl over boiling water. Peel 2 bananas, cut in half, push popsicles sticks in cut end. Dip the bananas in melted chocolate and shake sprinkles on them. Place on paper and put in the freezer at least 1 hour.
