BAYOU rice salad

3 Cups cold cooked rice
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 cup sweet pickles, chopped
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and chill.
