"Cheatin' "Rellenos

1 cup pancake/biscuit mix
3 cups milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chiles
1 pound shredded jack cheese

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a rectangular baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
