Do You Love Chicken Salad?? I LOVE chicken salad!

This one's CRUNCHY and SWEET!
salad mix: place in a large bowl

5 chicken breasts cooked,skinned,boned, and diced
1 16oz pkg tri color coleslaw mix
2 Red Delicious Apples diced tossed w/ lemon juice
1 sm red onion diced
4 to 5 celery stalks diced
1 pkg shreaded carrot

dressing mix: in a bowl, whisk together, pour over salad, mix and refridgerate. Serve with whole wheat crackers, or Spicy Sweet tortilla chips

1 cup your fav mayo
(reduced fat OK)
4 TBSP cider or white vinegar
3 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 TBSP cajun seasoning
1 TBSP black pepper
2 TBSP sugar
4 TBSP milk
