Pork Chop Cassarole

Yields: 4 servings.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (24 oz.) package hash browns, thawed
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 pork chops
1/2 can french fried onions

Combine milk, sour cream, black pepper, cream of mushroom soup, hash browns, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Brown pork chops in oil in a skillet.

Layer half of the hash brown mix in a 8x8 pan, then a layer of the pork chops, and lastly cover the pork chops with the rest of the hash brown mix. Cook covered for 40 minutes at 375.

When done, uncover, and sprinkle the french fried onion and the remaining 1/4 cup of cheese on top. Cook for another 5 minutes uncovered.
