Macaroni Hamburger Goulash

Ingredients:

1/2 pound elbow macaroni
2/3 chopped medium onion
1 pound chopped sirloin
8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips
8 oz. sour cream
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:

Cook macaroni as directed. Brown onions and chopped sirloin in skillet. Drain grease. Add tomato sauce, sour cream, and roasted red peppers to meat. Drain macaroni and put macaroni into a 4 qt. bowl, add butter, and mix. Add meat to macaroni and stir. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 servings
