Hashbrown Potato Cassarole

Category: Vegetable Cassaroles

Ingredients:

2 lbs. frozen hashbrown potatos
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp. salt and pepper

Defrost hashbrown potatos. Mix all ingredients and place into a greased 9 x 13 inch cassarole dish. Add topping.

Topping:

1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 packs of crackers

Mix the topping and put on top of cassarole. Back at 400 degrees for about 1.
Serves 12
