Easiest Dry Rub

Category: PORK

This is one I developed for ribs for my Personal Chef Clients. I tested it on my family. It was a hit!
Enough for 3 pounds of spare ribs
Ingredients
1 cup Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 cup brown sugar or SPLENDA brown sugar or too taste. Some folks will like a sweeter rub, some will like it less sweet.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 295 degrees.
Rub both sides of ribs, wrap in heavy duty foil and refrigerate overnight.
To bake:
Bring ribs to room temperature, no longer than 2 hours unrefrigerated.
Place wrapped ribs in a large enough baking dish. Bake for 8-10 hours until they are fork tender.
Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
