EASY CREAMY BEAN SOUP

Ingredients:
Serves 6
1 (32 oz) jar of pre-cooked northern beans
1 cup of frozen diced carrots
1 cup of diced ham or 1/2 cup cooked bacon pieces
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 can low sodium condensed cream of celery soup-the no msg one
1/2 tsp onion powder-NOT onion salt.
1-2 cups vegetable or chicken stock
dash of liquid smoke optional

In a large pot add all the ingredients and simmer until everything is heated through, stirring occasionally.
This is great with the Sweet & Savory Corn Muffins.
Can be made in the crock pot as well-In a 5qt oval crock pot, add all the ingredients, cook on LOW for 4 hours
