Mexican Pineapple nut cake (Fruit cake)

Ingredients needed
2 C all-purpose flour
2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 C chopped nuts
1 20oz can crushed Pineapple (Do Not Drain)
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 C margarine
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbs milk

Cake Mix


Mix Flour,Sugar,Eggs,Soda.Salt,Chopped nuts and Crushed Pineapple (Do Not Drain)
Mix by hand or mixer.
Bake in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 min. or until done.

When cake is done and still hot Mix the following for the topping.

Topping
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 C margarine
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbs milk
Mix well and spread on hot cake!!!!
