6-8 pcs of boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 pan of water (to cover chicken)
1 small can cream of chicken
2 cups Bisquik (another dumplin option at bottom)
2/3 cups milk
salt and paper to taste
Chicken
boil chicken until tender, remove chicken only and let cool, add cream of chicken to pan of broth stir. (Keep broth boiling for dumplins to cook) Shredd chicken or cut into small peices.
Dumplings
In a medium bowl add Bisquick mix and milk stirring until a soft dough forms, kneed until desired firmness.
Roll mixture in flour so it wont stick pinch off small pieces into boiling broth and let boil for about 20 min. Use fork to push dumplins down DO NOT STIR. Add chicken slowly and reduce heat. Let cook on med for about 5-10 min. Add Salt and pepper to taste
Turn heat off let sit for about 10 min covered for thickening.
If you dont want to use bisquick you may use 4 cans of regular biskets.
