Best Ever Brownies

350 degrees - 20-30 min.
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup cocoa
1 1/3 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Mix marg or butter and sugar together, add eggs, vanilla salt and nuts. Sift flour and coca, add to egg mixutre along with milk. Bake in greased and floured jelly roll pan. Frost when cool.

FROSTING:
1 cup white sugar
1tsp white syrup
pinch of salt
1/2 cup cream
Boil hard for 2 min. Remove from heat and add 1 cup choc. chips, 1 tbsp marg and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread on cooled brownies.

Here is the Frosting recipe that I use for the Brownies:
1/4 cup butter or marg.
1/4 cup milk
1 cup white sugar
Bring to a boil and add 1/2 cup choc. chips and beat. Set for just a couple of min. before spreading on brownies.
