Frosted Lemon 7 up Salad

2 - 3 oz pkgs Lemon Jello
2 cups boiling ater
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Chill
Add 2 cups 7 up, 1 cup min. marshmallows, 2 lg bananas sliced and 1 sm can crushed pineapple drained (Save juice)
Pour into a 9 x 13 pan (a glass one is nice) and put in fridge until set.
Second layer: 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp butter, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 beaten egg. Blend well and cook until thick. Cool and then fold in 8 oz container of cool whip. Spread this over the first layer. Enjoy!
