Billbo's Baked Potato

INGREDIENTS

One large scrubbed baked potato
Zesty Italian salad dressing quarter cup
Potato Topper package


DIRECTIONS

Place potato on counter beside a wooden spoon
Cut thin accordion slices 1/8 inch thick - spoon will prevent cutting through potato
Cut longitudinal slit through the slices, but not all way through potato
Microwave potato three minutes
Press ends of potato toward center to open a little
Pour dressing into potato over slices
Sprinkle 2 TBL Potato Topper over slices
Microwave approx three additional minutes until potato is cooked
