stuffed mushrooms appetizers

Serves 4-5 Prep/Cook time 40-45 minutes Difficulty 2/5
You will need:

2 containers of mushrooms
Butter
1 garlic clove small green pepper
small red pepper
salt
pepper
1/4 cup of shredded cheese
baking pan
Prep time is about 10 minutes.
preheat oven to 350
Wash mushrooms really wel
Tkae stems off all mushrooms
when finished chop the stems very fine.
Chop both peppers and garlic clove very fine and mix them with the stems add a few pinches of salt and of pepper
mix with 1 tbs of melted butter and stuff mushroomswith the mix.
put in the oven for 25 minutes.
remove to add shredded cheese and place back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
Take them out place on a platter and ready to serve
