Easy bake stuffed peppers

Serves 4-5 Prep/Cook time 50-60 minutes Difficulty 3/5

You will need:

8 peppers of your choice
500 ml par boiled rice
cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 garlic clove
tomatoe paste
1/2 cup ofshredded cheese
1 tomatoe
1 lb lean ground beef
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Prep time is about 15 minutes

This is a beautiful meal for the entire family or for company
You will need to cut the tops of the peppers off and clean out the peppers..
Start the rice.
Bring water to a boil and add 500ml of rice.
Brown meat in a pan
add chopped garlic clove, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper and 1-2 pinches of cayenne.(if you want spice)
mix well and let simmer on low to medium for 5-8 minutes.
When rice is boiled rince and put it in a good size bowl because you will also be adding the meat. Mix the meat into the rice then add 3/4 of the can of tomatoe paste and m3-4 tbs of water then mix it well! Add mixture stuff mixture into peppers with the rest of the paste in the can add 1 tbs of water and stir, then spoon onto top of peppers put the tops on and put them on to your cooking tray. Bake for 30 minutes. Take them out after 30 minutes take the tops off and add the shredded cheese to the pepers put the tops back on and bake for 10 more minutes. Take hem out and place them on your plates.
