  • 1 pound white chocolate
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios or chopped macadamia nuts

Line a cookie sheet with foil. Set aside.

Melt white chocolate in a 2-quart or larger glass bowl in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove; stir to melt completely. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Spread the mixture in an even layer on the cookie sheet. Refrigerate until cool, about 20 minutes. Break into pieces; store in covered containers or tins for up to 5 days.
