Santa Fe Chili Cheese Soup

1 lb. Velveeta Cheese cubed (I use the Mexican Velveeta)
1 lb. browned and drained ground beef
1 5 1/4 oz. undrained corn
1 5 oz. can of kidney beans undrained
1 4 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies ( you can use Rotel)
1 4 1/2 ounce can stewed tomatoes
2 Tablespoons dry Taco seasoning

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
Serve with corn chips or tortillas.
