Prep Time: Cook Time: Total Time:
Spaghetti Amore
1 Pound Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Oil
one half cup Chopped Onion
one half cup Cup Chopped Green Pepper
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Tomato Soup
1 Can of Water
1 Clove of Minced Garlic
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
one half pound Pound Cooked Spaghetti
Brown the ground beef in the oil with the chopped onion, garlic and green pepper. Drain and return to skillet.
Mix soups, one half cup cheese and water, add to the cooked ground beef.
Heat and stir the mixture until the cheese is melted and everything is evenly mixed. Pour over the spaghetti and mix.
Place into a large casserole dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until it bubbles.
******Hints******
I always use more cheese than the recipe calls for. I probably put a full cup of cheese into the mix but I LOVE CHEESE so it might be too cheesy for others.
This is best if prepared the day before and cooked and served the next day.
I always double the recipe.
