Finnish Beet Salad ( Punajuurisalaatt)

Ingredients:

1- Tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cuo mayonnaise
1- 1/2 teaspoons horseradish
dash of salt
2 cups cooked beets, diced

Directions:
Mix together vinegar, cream, mayonnaise,,horseradish and salt.
Blend dressing with the beets.
Chill.
Makes 4 servings
