Category: Recipes

1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Sweet Onion
1 Green Onion
1 Package Fresh Mushrooms
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 teaspoon Butter or margarin
1 Tablespoon McCormicks Hot Shots seasoning
1/2 Tablespoon McCormicks steak seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black ground pepper

***Directions***

Slice all bell peppers, and onions. Leave the mushrooms whole, but wash them well with cold water.
Cut the garlic clove into quarters.
Place all vegetables on a lightly greased sheet of Aluminum Foil (enough to completley enclose the vegetables)
Add butter, or margarine on top of the pile of vegetables.
Add seasonings. The amount of seasonings can be changed to taste.
Fold aluminum foil over the vegetables completley enclosing them. flip vegetable pouch over, seam down.
Get another sheet of aluminum foil, of equal size. and place it under the pouch, fold another pouch over the one you've already made.
At this point there should be a seam on each side of the pouch but only one should be visible.
Place on the grill (careful not to puncture the pouch) over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes with grill closed, then flip the pouch for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from grill and place on a plate.
Cut a slit down the middle of the pouch (DO NOT CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE POUCH)
Gently pull the sides of the pouch open, and serve.
***Also great as a topping for Steak, Baked Potatoes, Italian Sausage, Killbasa, or even hot dogs***
