Makes 6 servings.
6 nectarines
6 T. c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 T. Amaretto
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
Vanilla Ice Cream
Halve and pit nectarines; cut each half into 4 wedges; set aside.
In large skillet, melt butter with sugar over medium heat.
Add Amaretto, cinnamon and nectarines; cover and cook over medium-high heat until tender.
Stir in pecans.
Serve warm over ice cream.
