SALAD - POTATO - OLD FASHIONED

Makes 8 servings.

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 T. prepared mustard
black pepper
8 c. cubed peeled cooked potatoes
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic salt, celery salt and mustard; season to taste pepper.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, eggs, celery and onion.
Pour dressing over potato mixture and toss well to coat.
Refrigerate until chilled.
