SALAD - CHICKEN BAJA CALIFORNIA

Makes 4 servings.

6 slices bacon
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
3 c. chopped cooked chicken breast
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 head romaine lettuce, washed
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 c. grape tomatoes

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet; cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
Drain, crumble and set aside to cool.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley, green onions, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, season to taste with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, combine chicken breast, celery, apple and bacon.
Pour dressing over chicken mixture and toss well to coat.
Refrigerate until chilled; serve over lettuce leaves; garnish with avocado slices and grape tomatoes.
