FRUIT PIE - APPLE SOUR CREAM STREUSEL

Makes 6 servings.

1 pastry shell (9-inch), unbaked
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 T. all-purpose flour
3 c. peeled, cored and thinly sliced apples

Streusel
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, softened

Preheat oven to 450F.
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, egg, lemon juice and flour.
Fold in sliced apples. Place in pastry shell.
For streusel, in a small bowl, mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter. Sprinkle streusel over apples.
Bake at 450F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes. Best served warm.
