FRUIT PIE - BLUEBERRY SOUR CREAM

Makes 6 servings.
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. fresh blueberries
1 pastry shell (9 inch), baked
Topping
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
Combine 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, and salt; add eggs and sour cream, stirring until blended.
Place blueberries in pastry shell; spoon sour cream mixture over top.
In another bowl, combine brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour and cinnamon.
Cut in butter or margarine with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal; sprinkle over sour cream mixture and berries.
Bake at 350F for 60 to 65 minutes, or until lightly browned.
If desired, garnish with additional blueberries and mint leaves.
