Makes 6 servings.

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 15-oz. can cranberry sauce
1/2 c. French-style salad dressing
1 red pepper, julienned
1 green pepper, julienned
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c. dry white wine
6 chicken breast fillets

Preheat oven to 375F.
In a small bowl, combine the onion soup mix, cranberry sauce, salad dressing and wine.
Pour one-half of this into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Arrange chicken breasts on top of this mixture.
Pour the remaining sauce over the breasts. Bake at 375F for 45 to 60 minutes.
