SEAFOOD - SHRIMP - GARLIC LEMON BAKE

Makes 6 servings.
1/2 c. butter
1 T. prepared Dijon-style mustard
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c.. chopped fresh parsley
2 lb. medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preheat oven to 450F.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, mustard, lemon juice, wine, garlic, and parsley.
When butter has melted, remove from heat.
Arrange shrimp in a shallow baking dish; pour butter mixture over top.
Bake at 450F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
