BEEF - STEAK - PAPRIKASH

Makes 4 servings.

4 sirloin or round beef steaks
2 T. butter
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. beef broth
1/4 c. red wine
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 T. all-purpose flour
2 c. hot cooked noodles

In a 12-inch skillet, cook steaks in hot butter over medium-high heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until no pink remains, turning once.
Remove meat, reserving drippings in skillet.
For sauce, cook mushrooms, onion, garlic, paprika, and pepper in reserved drippings until mushrooms are tender. Stir in broth and wine.
Stir together yogurt and flour.
Stir into skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly.
Return steaks to skillet with sauce; heat through. Serve with noodles.
