PORK - CHOPS - ULTIMATE

Makes 4 servings.

1 1/2 c. finely crushed butter crackers
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ground marjoram
1 T. black pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. water
8 pork chops
1/2 c. butter

Preheat oven to 375F.
In a shallow bowl combine crushed crackers, garlic salt, marjoram and pepper; mix well.
In a separate bowl, beat together eggs and water.
Dip pork chops in egg, then in cracker mixture.
Place pork chops in casserole dish; dot with butter.
Cover with foil and bake at 375F for 35 minutes; remove foil, turn chops over and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden.
