CHICKEN BREASTS - SWISS MUSHROOM BAKE

Makes 6 servings.

6 chicken breast fillets
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 10 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb. button mushrooms, sliced
2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Arrange chicken fillets in baking dish.
Top with Swiss cheese slices.
Combine soup, milk, onion and mushrooms; stir well.
Spoon mixture over chicken and sprinkle with stuffing mix.
Drizzle butter or margarine over crumbs.
Cover and bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
