PORK - SAUSAGE SPINACH BAKE

Makes 4 servings.
1 6-oz. pkg. stuffing mix
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
3 green onions, minced
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 10-oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. light cream
3 eggs
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 450F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Prepare stuffing according to directions. Meanwhile, crumble sausage into a large skillet; add onions and garlic.
Cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, sausage mixture and spinach.
Transfer to baking dish; sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
In a small bowl, combine cream and eggs; pour over sausage mixture.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake 5 minutes.
