SPAGHETTI - SKILLET BEEF N SAUCE

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

1 lb. lean ground beef
4 c. water
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 14-oz. tomato sauce
1 7-oz. can tomato paste
2 T. chili powder
1/2 T. dried oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. spaghetti
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. minced parsley

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender.
Add water, tomato sauce, tomato paste and seasonings.; bring to a boil.
Add uncooked spaghetti; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring frequently.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley to serve.
