FETTUCCINE - CHICKEN AND MUSHROOMS

Makes 6 servings.

1 lb. fettuccine, cooked and hot
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. butter, cubed
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken breast, cubed
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley


In a large skillet, saute mushrooms and garlic in butter for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
Stir in the chicken and milk; cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until heated through.
Add fettuccine to skillet.
Sprinkle with cheese; toss to coat.
