SEAFOOD - FLOUNDER - CRAB STUFFED

Makes 4 servings.

4 flounder fillets, halved crosswise
2 7-oz. cans crab meat
2 T. mayonnaise
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. crushed soda crackers
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
salt and pepper
1 lemon, halved
1/4 lb butter, melted
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Place flounder fillets baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together crab meat, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce , Old Bay Seasoning and cracker crumbs; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Squeeze lemon over flounder; spoon crab meat mixture on top of 4 fillets
Top with remaining fillets; flatten slightly with back of spoon.
Pour melted butter over fish and sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
