WINGS - HOI SIN SAUCE

Makes 1 dozen.

12 chicken wings
3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Hoi Sin sauce
2 T. soy sauce
2 green onions, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. grated fresh ginger

Cut tips off chicken wings; cut remaining meatier pieces in half and place in large plastic bag.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to bag, mix together.
Press out air in bag and tie tightly.
Marinate 1 hour at room temperature, or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
About 1 hour before serving, preheat oven to 350F.
Brush 9 x 13-inch pan with oil and arrange wings in pan. Pour marinade over.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Turn wings over, spoon pan drippings over and bake 20 minutes longer or until tender.
