SALAD - POTATO - GRATED HOMESTYLE

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

6 c. grated, peeled and cooked potatoes
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 stalk celery, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 T. cider vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, eggs and celery.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, milk, vinegar, salt and mustard.
Pour over potato mixture; stir until combine.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
