MUSHROOMS - BRIE & CRAB STUFFED

Makes 18 servings.

36 large mushrooms
1/4 c.. butter, melted
2 green onions, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 8-oz. can crab meat
2 T. mayonnaise
6 oz Brie cheese, cut in 36 pieces

Heat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Wash and dry mushrooms, remove stems. Dice stems; set aside.
Place mushroom caps on baking sheets; brush with melted butter.
In a skillet, saute mushroom stems with onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and the remaining butter.
In a bowl, mix crab meat and mayonnaise.
Fill caps with mushroom and onion mixture; top with crab meat & Brie.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and cheese is melted.
