Makes 6 servings.

1 pound pork sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper. diced
1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. light cream
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded Old Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian Seasoning

In a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until evenly brown; add onion and red pepper and saute until onion is tender. Drain, crumble sausage, and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Line the bottom of baking dish with crescent roll dough, and sprinkle with sausage mixture.
In a large bowl, mix beaten eggs, milk, cheese and Italian seasoning.
Pour over the sausage mixture in baking dish.
Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
